This project involved building two large 2.6m tall wardrobe units, as well as a set of 3 “floating” shelves. Due to the height of the units, we opted for smaller lower doors and included some separate upper doors. We also had to work around a newly installed electric radiator, which would have prevented one of the doors from opening, hence the open shelving on one of the units.

The customer was looking for painted, tongue and groove style exterior finish, which was achieved by using Medite’s Matchboard Moisture Resistant MDF for the doors. The internals of the units were made from Egger’s Grey Bardolino Oak. As always the units were spray finished with my standard specialist water based spray paint.

All exterior components are painted in Dulux ‘Atmosphere’.
