Office Restoration and Refurbishment

This project involved restoring and upgrading a home office.

The room initially had a carpeted floor, wallpapered walls and had cables and wires related to the property’s CCTV system protruding from a number of the walls. In order to restore and refurbish the room, the following tasks were completed:

  • The room was stripped right back and the original floorboards were sanded and refinished in a Rustic Oak tinted oil.

  • Bespoke panelling and a complementary dado rail and skirting boards were added.

  • The CCTV equipment was moved to one corner of the room so that this equipment could be boxed in along with the radiator pipework.

  • The walls, woodwork and new panelling were all decorated in Farrow and Ball Estate Emulsion and Estate Eggshell paints.

  • An existing bookcase was repainted, with the doors being spray painted to give a fantastic finish.

  • New handles were added on all of the cupboards.

  • Blinds were hung.
